How to file a complaint with APAD

Complaints relating to land public transport — bus services, taxi/e-hailing drivers, freight operators — can be filed through either of these channels:

What to include

  • Vehicle registration number (where applicable)
  • Date, time, and location of the incident
  • Operator name and route number (for buses)
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, receipts)
