This is the operator licence held by the e-hailing platform / brokerage company — not the driver and not the vehicle. APAD maintains a public list of licensed e-hailing companies, updated periodically.

Obligations of a licensed e-hailing company

• Onboard only drivers who are Malaysian citizens with valid PSV.
• Onboard only vehicles with valid eVP.
• Comply with the Land Public Transport Act 2010 and the conditions of the brokerage licence (Lesen Perniagaan Pengantaraan).
